You know logically people probably aren't judging you. But our emotions don't always listen to logic, do they? That's why you feel it in your body just thinking about taking the step.

I don't tell my clients nobody's judging them or looking at them. Because that's not what they need from me. They need someone who can assure them it's normal. Who gives them the tools to manage that anxiety. Who can help them build the drive to overcome the fears. Not just tell them logic they already understand. You might even be fearful of me judging you? What I'll say is all these fears are common when starting something new, and you aren't alone.

Resistance is normal when it comes to change. It's my job to help you move through it, and honestly, it's one of the things I think separates me from other coaches. I'm very interested in why we do what we do and how our emotions impact our behaviour.

A bit about me: if you come to know me you'll probably understand I'm a bit of a hyperfocuser on things I'm interested in, but clueless on things I'm not, ha. Don't ask me about cars please.
