5 SHIFTS TO GET IN SHAPE AND STAY THERE

 

On the 30th of April at 6 pm AEST, I’m running a free masterclass called the 5 shifts to get in shape and stay in shape.

I’m going to show you what you need to shift to become the person who is in control and has high self-trust with their training and nutrition.

  • Develop self-trust so you can get in shape and stay there. Using MyFitnessPal for 12 weeks and then feeling like you need accountability again to stay on track isn’t self-trust; it’s dependence.

  • Strategies to manage low motivation and the fear of fat gain so you can show up when not feeling like it and feel fear without resorting to food to cope.

  • Implement 5 key shifts that will help you move from frustration, self-doubt, emotional eating to real, long-term progress.
